We offer you the possibility of paying your order by invoice up to CHF 5000.-. When you receive the invoice you have the choice to pay the invoice within the prescribed payment period (end of the month) or in instalments.

If you want to pay the invoice in several instalments, you must pay at least 10% of the outstanding invoice amount per month. This allows you to easily decide for yourself how to settle the invoice.

At Luxoia, you do not pay shipping costs for orders with a value of CHF 50 or more within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Each order is sent by priority mail with Swiss Post. Orders of CHF 250 or more are shipped registered. For orders below CHF 50, a flat shipping fee of CHF 4.90 applies.

Right of Return

If the ordered item(s) do not meet your expectations, you have the right to return them. Please note that you have a period of 14 days to return the item. The return period starts from the day of receipt or pick up of your package.

We are unable to offer a right of return for the following items, but a right of exchange:

  • Items made of silver (925)
  • Items made of gold (all gold alloys)
  • Items costing more than CHF 1'500.-


We are unable to offer you neither right of return nor a right of exchange for the following items:

  • Sale items
  • Smartwatches & activity trackers
